Hix Restaurant & Champagne Bar - Selfridges

WFC have commenced work at The Gallery Restaurant within Selfridges at Oxford Street, London.

The project is the refurbishment of an existing restaurant for Mark Hix within the Oxford Street department store and is due to open in March 2010.  The Restaurant will be a new destination Hix Restaurant and Champagne Bar, located on the store's mezzanine floor on the site that was formerly The Gallery Restaurant.

The Champagne Bar will have a glamorous feel and seat 40 guests serving Mark's Snax - Next door the 90 cover Restaurant will offer something more substantial and will have mixed seating at tables as well a stunning crustacean bar with stools.
